KPIs KPIs are measured and tracked in order to achieve continuous improvement and minimize risk. The Management Team meets for the regular MRMs to address same and take action where necessary. |
Supervision A dedicated team of experienced and qualified superintendents (marine and technical) oversee and attend vessels to assist with compliance or all international regulations related to HSSQeE. |
Transparency Coordination of vetting by oil majors is carried out – areas for improvement identified during vetting are tracked against internal observations for a total transparency factor percentage. |
